I've been helping a friend of mine with her incredible referral training system and I was reflecting that the systems that I have gone through that required me to sign a commitment statement have had both the most engaged community and the highest completion rates.

She loved the idea and asked for a sample. Well, I've been letting that stew on the back-burner and I've taken my favorite commitment and paired it with my most attainable daily action steps to make a Commitment in Action Statement and I'd love your feedback…
