Today's challenge – take 10 minutes and see what your checkbook and calendar tell you about your values. Is that truly what you value, or are you living by the default values you were taught.
Now choose one thing that does not reflect who you want to be and cancel it.
Choose one thing that does reflect you and add it.
If you are like me, you want to go tear thru and rip out everything that isn't who you choose to be, but that can throw you into shock (yup! been there, done that!)
So choose one thing to let go and one thing to try today and invest your time and energy into the person YOU choose to be.
