Just Breathe!

deep-breathWhenever I start to feel overwhelmed or anxious – esp when pushing the boundaries of my Comfort Zone – I notice I'm taking short, shallow breaths and am getting very little oxygen.

That's when I stop and take 3 deep breaths and the world steadies around me and I know that, yes, I can do what I dream of doing – one breath and one step at a time.
