One of the great discoveries you and I can make is to find that we really can do something we were afraid we couldn't do.
Those barriers we think are so insurmountable are really something WE have put up inside ourselves and once we see that, we really CAN take them down.
Sometimes that is easier to do with a partner.
Jesus once said to take the beam out of your eye before you pluck the speck out of your friends. While that is a wonderful practice, often we see the speck better than the beam.
Try getting together with a friend once a week, phone, Hangout or in person. You'll be surprised how easy it is for them to see those imaginary barriers you've set up to block your self. Your friend can see them for you and then you can take them down.
