And here's the Routine that I'm going to try next weekend.

Friday night:
Take a hot shower (ths is my creative sparking space)
Do a complete Mind Dump
Thank my conditioned mind for its help
Bow to the start of my Sabbath
Do something fun!
Then my Conditioned Mind is off till Sunday morning at earliest.

I figured I'll start with one day a week, then extend thru Sunday and keep extending over time. I need time to get comfortable trusting my core instincts again, so I'll prove it to my self one day at a time 🙂
