How many times have I read to observe my thoughts, to not get caught up in feeling, but to observe it? I've read that over and over, but never got it.
This Oneness Meditation I've been doing certainly has been a breakthru. For the first time, I can feel the feeling, but I can observe it too. It's not like I don't feel, but I can say, that's interesting, how do I choose to respond to that?
I've heard that I'm not my feeling. It is freaky wonderful to experience that I'm not my feeling!
